Our Smile Makeover Warranty .

We stand behind the quality of our cosmetic work and want you to feel confident in your investment for years to come.

To keep your smile protected, patients must maintain recommended professional cleanings and wear their prescribed retainer or night guard nightly.

Warranty coverage:

• Years 0-3: Chips or cracks are covered
• Years 4-5: Repairs or remakes are available for the laboratory remake fee
• After 5 years: Treatment is no longer covered under warranty

For patients who live out of state, routine dental care and cleanings may be completed with your local provider, but records must be provided to Golden Smiles Dental Studio to maintain warranty eligibility.The warranty does not replace normal maintenance or protect against situations outside of our control, so I’d also have your formal consent/financial documents spell out exclusions such as trauma, failure to wear a night guard, untreated grinding, decay, or missed hygiene appointments.
